      Order Placement:

      *Note: Once an order has been made on the Crib1992.com store website, we are unable to cancel or change it. Please be sure to double check your orders before submitting for purchase. (Double check the style, size, color, quantity and shipping address)

      Order Shipping Rates:

      All shipping rates for domestic / international orders will be calculated and displayed at the checkout. 

      Please double check your shipping address to ensure it is correct before submitting your requested order. Crib 1992 is not responsible for any errors in shipping or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided.

      Order Tracking:

      Once a shipping label has been created for your order, we aim to place the purchased merchandise in the mail within 3-5 business days, but there are no guarantees. Once the order has officially shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.   

      We request that you do not email Crib 1992 for updates on order tracking as we are unable to respond to those requests. If you have additional questions related to your order, please contact Yoursquad@crib1992.com

      If you haven't gotten your order within 10 days(domestically) or 21 days (internationally) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@crib1992.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

      HAWAII, ALASKA, PO BOXES, APO/FPO & U.S TERRITORIES

      We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority.

      International Shipping Policy:

      Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, packed and shipped. International orders shipped via USPS are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the date that it is shipped, depending on your country and selected delivery service. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has shipped.

      Customs, Taxes and Duties:

      All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes therefore we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Crib 1992. If a customer refuses a package or duties, we cannot refund the shipping cost.

      Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, may also delay delivery.

       

      Order Delivery:

      *Note: There may be potential delays due to Covid-19, high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. We will do our best to get your shipment delivered successfully and on time.

      Non-Delivery:

      If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it; you must contact support@crib1992.com within 7 days to file a claim.

      We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30+ days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

      Crib 1992 or any of its affiliates do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

       

      Refund Policy:

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

      To be eligible for a return/exchange/store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and order number.

      To start a return, you can contact us at yoursquad@crib1992.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Damages and issues

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We value you as our customer and a part of our Crib 1992 Family.

      Exceptions / non-returnable items

      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards at this time.

      Exchanges

      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

      Refunds

      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
