      Orders

      Can I cancel my order?

      Yes! A cancellation can be requested within 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation. To process a cancellation please see the “How do I cancel my order”  section.

      How do I cancel my order?

      To begin the cancellation process, please send an email to our friendly support team at yoursquad@crib1992.com. To ensure that we are cancelling the correct order please title the subject line “Order Cancellation” and in the body of the email provide the full order number, the name associated with that number and a brief description for your requested cancellation.

      Can I modify my order?

      Modifications or exchanges cannot be made once an order has been placed. If you would like to modify your order please submit a cancellation  within the first 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation. A Support team member will be in contact to help process a refund.

      How long will it take for my order to arrive?

      Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, in the event that your order cannot be shipped within the standard time, we will reach out to you. You should expect your package to arrive 7-10 business days after it has shipped.

      My payment went through. When will I receive my order confirmation email?

      The order confirmation email is automatically sent once you have submitted your order. Please be sure to check all of your email folders for the confirmation email). If you have not received the confirmation email within 48 hours, please contact support@crib1992.com for further assistance. 

      I ordered the wrong size / item. What are my next steps?

      Due to production, we are unable to change your order once it's placed. If you ordered the wrong size, we request you cancel your order. For cancellation questions please see “

      Shipping

      What shipping carriers do you use?

      We use USPS, UPS and DHL Shipping. For local deliveries we use Run It Delivery Services. Please note Crib 1992 is not responsible for any delays caused by COVID-19 or other related or non-related complications.

      What destinations do you ship too?

      We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping rates vary based on destination address. For international orders, please allow an additional 7-21 business days. 

      If I'm local in Las Vegas, NV can I pick up or have my order delivered directly?

      Yes! We currently offer local delivery services for the Las Vegas area. If you are local, please select that delivery method at the checkout. We will deliver your order via a local delivery service. 

      How do I track my order once it has shipped?

      Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the shipment confirmation, make sure to check all email folders. 

      I'm concerned my package is either lost or stolen. What do I do?

      Crib 1992 is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please reach out to support@crib1992.com and we will work with you and the shipping carriers to try to find a solution.

      Returns

      Can I process a return?

      Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 safety measures we are not offering returns at this time. All sales are final. If you would like to cancel your order, you have 48 hours from the time of placing the order to request a cancelation before shipping. For more information, visit our Returns section

      What form of payment will I receive my refund in?

      Refunds are sent in the original form of payment. If you no longer have that form of payment, you are responsible to reach out to your financial institution to correct the matter.
